In this paper, we study the interaction between a moving two-level atom and a squeezed vacuum we calculate
the state vector of the entire system explicitly and discuss the nonclassical features of the system such as quantum entanglement, sub-Poissonian statistics and Quadrature fluctuation for a squeezed vacuum state. Furthermore, we study the effects of the atomic motion and the field-mode structure on the evolution of the field entropy and the nonclassical features of the system. The results show that the atomic motion and the field-mode structure play important roles in the evolution of the field entropy and nonclassicality evolution of the atom.
