1. OBJECTIVES

Kapin Travel & Tours will provide clients with the opportunity to focus on their core activities whilst their transportation side needs are fully satisfied. We also intend to have well-designed brochures and other promotional material that will enable clients to have an understanding of the types of services we offer and advantages of utilizing them. In addition well-done, informative brochures, fact sheets and business cards often have a triggering effect on clients contemplating utilizing our services.
In summary we intend to attain the following objectives:
• Develop enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time.
• We are fully committed to supporting growth and development in the tourism and overall economy of Metro Manila
• Establish a market presence that assures short-term and long-term profitability, growth and success.

2. NAME OF THE MANAGEMENT

The proponents name is KAPIN TRAVEL AND TOURS came from the proponent’s names starting with Kashmir, Anne, Patricia, Irish, and Nikki. We merged together our initial names to form the name of our business. For us there is a big significance in the name of our business and it is the unity where we the owners will bring together excellent service for our customers.

The Kapin Travel and Tour will be located at 8888 Roxas Blvd, Brgy 701 Pasay City, Metro Manila. We choose this location not only because it is major arterial road in the heart of the city but also because many of the tourist drive along Roxas Boulevard on their way to their destination from the airport. There are many commercial establishments, hotels and parks in this road which will be a good place to put up a Travel agency for business people and tourist. Lastly, Roxas Boulevard is a road known to most, if not all of the people in the Metro Manila, hence it will be easier to locate our business.

Our hiring process is quite simple but still on standard. First is, by sending resume through walk-in or email, then we schedule the applicant for the next step which is the filling up the application form, to make sure that his/her background is good and the applicant has no issue to their past jobs. Then, if we see a potential that our agency needs and the applicant is suitable to the position we proceed the applicant to the interview and when he/she pass the interview, then he/she can start as a trainee.
Qualifications:
• Must graduate of a degree in Tourism, Management, Marketing, IT, Hotel and Catering, and Languages.
• Must also have a 1 year experience in the industry.

Skills that they have:
– Communication skills
– Interpersonal Skills
– Good time management skills
– Foreign language skills
– Demonstrable interest in travel

Having a good travel training company qualification is more helpful to give the employee more time to learn and have a good experience in retail or sales work.
